We have done business with this company for years and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of product and excellence of service. Here is a picture of our most recent flooring. We love it.
I’m remodeling our floors in the entire house. Called Franeys Carpet One twice for help on their hardwood flooring. Both times a women answered and handed me off to a salesperson that said they will call me back shortly with product information. That was 2 weeks ago and never had a call back! This might be a blessing as this may be a reflection of their overall service culture. No worries plenty of other flooring retailers around... I’m hoping with better customer service!
Went in to look at new flooring for our home and Colin was very helpful.
They installed new floor in my house. Very professional and they do Beautiful work !!!
