They have embraced paying for parking with a mobile app and I love it. Super easy to pay.
Just started parking here and one of the better garages around. I had noticed that it had been graffitied and immediately was re-painted. Nice!
Decent place to park, the parking checkers are nice and helpful
I have been parking there for 10 years. Now suddenly they are under new management and changed the rules. I paid my monthly parking like normal last month and nobody told me anything was changing. This month 11/1/16 there was no parking attendant to pay so I took a picture of the sign that said how to pay and called the number. The number wanted me to pay an hourly rate, well I pay the monthly rate normally. I was going to go online and make an account but by 9:30am they already gave me a $25 ticket. No attendant there to take my monthly fee but you can have people there passing out tickets? There is urine from bums all over the stairwells as well, no security what so ever on staff anymore. The place has gone down hill!
This place is really looking great! They are fixing/cleaning it up. Putting alot of money and effort into it by pressurure washing, painting, re stripping the parking stalls, new signage, curbs, ADA parking, new paystations and adding security cameras. Really looks and feels great!
