They are professional but friendly. Most times you are greeted by name when you arrive, it makes you feel comfortable and like you matter. They don't mind answering questions and explaining the exercises and stretching as many times as you need to understand. The only thing I have to complain about is that the parking lot is a bit narrow, witch makes it hard for larger vehicles to park leaving adequate space between vehicles.
