Came in our apartment with attitude because our apartment gave is the wrong info and didn't even know the situation. Then instead of trying to clam things down the main manger just kept making it worse. Then when they left the manager again gave me attitude on something that was not our fault because the apartment manager said they were doing one thing when they came to do another. Only one of the workers was nice to us the rest kept laughing at us because we were so stressed out. Never been treated as bad as by workers as I was by them. When you come into someone's home and start giving attitude when you don't know the situation your being so unprofessional, I would stay clear of this place unless you want workers being disrespectful to you in your own home.
Great company to do business with! Professional, thorough, and Tim, Theresa, and all the guys have been great doing work for our apartment community with multiple installs over the past few months even with some challenges they had to face along the way.
