The store was very clean and organized. And they had plenty of measures in place to ensure a safe shopping experience during this pandemic. I highly recommend this shop.
My experience couldn’t have been more professional, thorough, reassuring, fair on price and timeframes and the final result was quality. My platinum diamond ring broke at the underside of my finger and the prongs were 18 years worn and needed to be replaced. The whole fix was around $200. I am very pleased. My mom had a ring actually ruined, a family heirloom, by another jeweler. She took it here and they assessed it, made a CAD design of it, printed a plastic mold for her to preview and then eventually made her a new setting. Knowing it was all done in house is HUGE. Based on her experiences, I decided I would make the trip from Sumner, WA to have them do my fix. Highly recommend.
I went to Jewelers Choice to have my wife's wedding band repaired. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repair work is incredible. We can't tell there was any work done. They also inspected and cleaned the ring as well. The work was done in a timely manner and the pricing was more than fair. This is a local, family owned business, which is an added bonus. I highly recommend for jewelry repair.
UNBELIEVABLE experience with a custom wedding ring I had them make. I brought in a ring that I wanted copied and made into different materials and the end product blows my mind. The contact they held was great, I was always in the loop, and they're all very educational and obviously very good at their job . Thank you Michael for working with me! We will be back!
