The lady in the fron needs to go bad service . The owner is great. Good place to buy knife . But the lady gots to go or need to change her attitude
Cheap prices, but lady at the front had a bad attitude when asked about military discount. I am use to being turned down because it is california but she seemed disgusted so clearly military are a sour taste to this company. She even had the nerve to argue with my friend about how sharp the knives were. Pretty sure it doesnt matter as I was buying them. I bought a few knives but will pay the extra few dollars in the future to avoid the hostility of this place. If you want cheap knives but treated like garbage this is the place. VETERANS BEWARE.
There was a young guy at the front desk really nice and helpful guy. Great knive quality.
Terrible, unfriendly lady at the counter. I think she was pissed off because she had a customer. Not a hello, a smile or a thank you. Kinda sucks after I spent almost $170.nOne star rating because they had the right brand..First time buyer but in the future I will take my money and business elsewhere.
The product quality is great but the service is bad. The lady at the front is rude and racist, but the mister and the son are super friendly and nice.
