Do not use this travel agency. I bought bus tickets to Tijuana. The bus company this agency used canceled the trip and notified the agent. The agent never notified me of the cancellation. Didn’t find out till the day I was leaving when the bus didn’t show up and I called the travel agent. The travel agent tried to blame the bus company for not notifying us. Horrible customer service! DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT.
