Staff is wonderful! I’ve been here a couple times, one for a work injury, and then for a work physical. They are also bilingual (Spanish &’ English). Great place to go when necessary.

Friendly staff. Appears to be doing the typical things as far as covid precautions. Lost one start because I couldn't do my TB with 45 minutes remaining of business hours. I came back the next day about 2 hours earlier to be on safe side. Usual amount of wait, wish I could wait in car though. Friendly service seen and experienced.

The people are nice. Very incompetent though. Been here waiting for almost 2 and a half hours and still yet to get a room. I've seen people come after me and leave before me. Makes no sense whatsoever

I chose to visit Concentra to have a drug screen procedure as part of my company’s policy. The procedure was quick, no appointment needed, and a COVID-19 policy was in place. Also, there was an individual who came in expressing his symptoms similar to the corona virus symptoms, and the employees at the time were able to help him. However, there should be a waiting area for patients similar to the individual mentioned, or have extra precautions in the office waiting area.

The whole staff was very nice and kind. I didn't have my print out and the nice staff gave me the job email and printed it out for me. Everyone had smiles. The clinic was clean and my walk in wait time was no long at all.
