As a client for about 4 years now, Peace of Mind has always taken care of us. Their technicians are knowledgeable, prompt, and always quick to respond to our concerns. The ladies in the office are also very helpful and quick to get us scheduled. I love that I can pay my bill online too. Thanks Peace of Mind!

Unfortunately we had multiple problems with the inspector today.nnSince there was so many problems I will put them in a list:nn1.) Was rude to my wife and very standoffish.n2.) moved the refrigerator and scuffed the floors.n3.) when my wife questioned the moving of the fridge the tech informed her to just let him do his job.n4.) Started the dishwasher full of dishes that were clean without asking. Then did not just run for 5 or 10 minutes but let it go through a whole cycle without soap causing us to have to rewash.n5.)Turned the power off to the whole house without informing us...this made multiple problems.na.) My server that people were using for work went down. this effected multiple people and lost hundreds of dollars for us. I fielded e mails for hours about it.nb.) Took my sons computer down while he was working on a major computing project, my son had to work for a few hours to recover the non saved files.nc.) Took the fish pond power out. We have expensive fish that require aeration to live. The the tech left the pond off. My wife caught it when she got home and we had some expensive fish die.nd.) Required me to reset multiple electronic projects for work that cannot be restarted with me out of town causing me to lose hours and money.n6.) The tech moved garden tools and brooms and left them in the middle of the sidewalk not returning them to their place.n7.) The tech moved our garbage cans leaving them in the middle of the backyard and not returning them to their location.n8.) The tech asked my wife to open the garage door with the power off. my wife informed him the power was of and he demanded she open it manually inside. That is his job not ours.n9.) The tech was condescending and talked down to my wife which us incredibly unprofessional and out of line.n10.) The tech ran the Microwave empty for a long amount of time which is very bad for the magneto.n11.) They also burned out a flat screen TV tube that worked before.nnNotice all of the reviews from people with one review for a company that does this, that should assure you that this company is putting up fake reviews. Do not trust any review from a person who only reviewed 1 or 2 places, this is almost always fake accounts the company makes.nnThey do this to raise their star rating thinking people are too lazy to actually read reviews and just look at the stars.

Just wanna share my experience..First of all..This is the third home of ours that Peace of mind had inspected for us....Theres a REASON we keep going backud83dude0a...The NAME truly fits them because I have a peace of mind that my home was inspected by trustworthy and honest people...and I also had a termite treatment done today by Danny...He was ABSOLUTELY above and beyond what a worker could have performed...He was thorough. Informative. And the work he performed today was EXCELLENT...and was done with quality....and it was dobe RIGHT...no ahort cuts.....nIts hard to find this type of performance now a days from a worker and a company...PEACE OF MIND has it all..They STAND BY tgere work....and their work speaks for tge company...QUALITY....i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them..HIGHLY...Thk u Peace of Mind...your the best...FORGET the restud83dude0a
