In the market for a dishwasher and stove, I had been to the big boxes and had questions answered very vaguely through respiratory masks. I’m not young to begin with and have a hearing loss, and was uncomfortable spending a substantial amount of money under these circumstances. Direct Appliance on Mc Henry was immediately more professional and the floor displays were clean, orderly with brand, model and pricing correctly displayed. Talking clearly and without silly artificial impediments, salesman Brandon Garret took time to access and convey information about my choices. During the ordering process one of the units I chose turned out to NOT be available as represented to him, with a bit of white knuckle shifting of gears to arrive at what COULD be done. I can only imagine how much more anxiety would have been created at the big box, I assume each step of the negotiation would have been handled by a different and bewildered sales rep talking garbled guesswork through useless face coverings. Instead Brandon was very specific about his schedule and always available and courteous when I called or stopped by. As it turned out, the appliances were ready for delivery ahead of promise date and installed within days of reaching Modesto. Kudos to Brandon and Direct Appliances and their contract installers. 100% satisfied with my decision with whom to spend my money.

I bought my washer and dryer here and have been in a few other times just to see what they have. They're very helpful and knowledgeable about what they have in stock. You can find some really great deals on appliances and most times it seems that the cosmetic issue that got many of the items there are easily cleaned up. I highly recommend making this your first stop when shopping for appliances.
