Very responsive - had an appointment Friday afternoon, the estimate within an hour and the job was started and finished Monday morning. Danny & Doug were professional and my repair was high quality. Not inexpensive, but based on the quality and timing, I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
I’ve worked with Alex at A step above flooring in the past and have gotten excellent service. Im now working with Fred and again the worked performed is beautiful. I’ve had other people work on my house but by far the men that have put in our floors and painted the baseboards did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs flooring. The work is exceptional! The men were timely, professional, did the job with no issues. I can only say thank you for the excellent job. Now I’m hoping to put granite in the kitchen. I will not have anyone else do the job but them. They are worth every penny! I’m completed satisfied and happy!
The employees at A step above flooring are amazing people. They make sure you are a 150% happy with the job and product you get. And if something is not right they find away to get it right. Thank you Fred for taking care of our families needs and wants during this process.
Many years ago, they turned what I thought was unsalvageable wood floors into beauty. I’m a big believer in recycling/reusing so when they didn’t try to upsell replacement, that meant a lot to me. Keep up the stellar craftsmanship!
Second time in over ten years - same high standards and product. Would not consider another flooring company though some are less expensive. If perfection is the goal, this is the company to choose. Plan to be out of area for three days however!!!! End results worth it!
