The pharmacy manager has strict rules around controlled substances. I was originally irritated by the way Brian treated me. I realize now the precautions needed around this, so I appreciate the service and thank him.

I get my prescriptions filled here here recently had a dilemma with my insurance when trying to pick up a script. Two of the female pharmacists treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, and acted as though I was highly inconveniencing them by asking simple questions. I had to return three different times due to something in the system not being done correctly and every time the pharmacists gave absolutely no customer service, no kindness or understanding and spoke down to me while giving me dirty looks. I am hugely disappointed in the lack of human compassion here and will be changing my pharmacy tomorrow. It's frustrating working with insurance companies, I can understand, but to treat the customer as though they're the one creating these mistakes and causing these inconveniences is just ridiculous.
