Why is the old blonde lady so mean? Bought something super expensive only because I was told I could return or exchange in within 14 days for whatever reason came in the next day and this old blonde lady was being extremely snappy about how I couldn’t return or exchange and I was extremely understanding and nice ( even though I shouldn’t have been ) and she still went on in a very rude tone. Any respectable business would apologize for their error and at least give me store credit. Please get all of your employees on the same page and work on customer service because currently it’s just unacceptable.

Like the store, love the products but a little more on the high price items

The ladies at this place know what they're doing, let me tell you. I went looking for a new toy and ending up spending more than I planned but yoooooooooo. That new, uh, air technology is absolutely the vibe (literally). I love this store and everyone there should get a raise.

I just like to say that it's about time that we have a store like this we could go inside and browse around and look for what we want and buy it right there at the store instead of having to go and look it up on magazine buy it that way I like that I can be driving down the road and just stop and go in there and buy lingerie or any other novelty items that I want top quality and it's worth every dime I thank you to whoever put that store out there on the road for me
