Work 'n More - Everett

Buy my boots here for work all the time. One of my boots ripped behind the heel. This location of work n more refused to exchange them or refund them. They also continued to tell me I shouldn't expect any of their boots to last more than 6 months. When I was sold the boots I'm always told the Danner American made boots have a 1 year warranty yet. When you come back to get them warranties they do not honor their pledge. I will never buy another pair of boots here.

Sales clerks very helpful. So I found exactly what I was looking for.

If you wear a pair of work boots or clothes outside for more than a second they WILL NOT allow you to return them. Buy your work clothes elsewhere. Don't do a day of work, find out the boots are uncomfortable and try to get a different pair. The shoes are in good condition. No instore credit and there is no consideration to the customer in their policy.
