I have used Harmon for many years and I have loved their service.nThey are very efficient and do fantastic job each and every time.nI recommend them highly.

Do not use this company if you need pest report done when selling a house. This company is fraudulent. Here is my story sorry if it’s a little longnnSeveral years ago I put up my rental house for sale. I used another pest company and everything thing came back clear but the buyers pulled out for financing reasons. Two weeks later I have another buyer who wants to use another pest company. They use Harmon and the pest report comes back that I have subterranean termites and it is going to cost $2000+ for treatment. They said they saw heavy signs of termites under my house and I asked them to come back and show me. I scheduled a time to meet a representative from the company and go back under the house to confirm with him. When I met the employee he could not believe that I was going under the house with him. He said in 10+ years of working with pest companies no customer has ever gone under a house with him. Well we spent about an hour looking for termites and termite signs and found NOTHING. He called and tried to get the exact location from the office and still nothing. Anyways later that day the owner or manager of the company called and said the employee that did the inspection removed all of the termite material and signs when he was down there without my permission or consent. I asked him if this was their standard practice and he stumbled around with his words.nnI talked to my real estate agent and he told me if I didn’t go through with the termite treatment there was a good chance the buyer would pull out. Since we were a few days from closing I agreed to the treatment and paid knowing full well I had been taking advantage of. STAY AWAY from this company if you need a pest report when selling a home.

Harmon did a great job with our pest inspection during our home purchase. The seller of the home had already done an inspection and that inspection had come back saying there were no issues. Instead of trusting the buyer, we brought in Harmon and they found over $2,000 in repairs that needed to be completed. Thank you for your help, we highly recommend this company.

Harmon Pest Control really impresses with its group of knowledgeable staff. In particular their ability to identify and deal with any termite issue is second to none. They took care of a subterranean termite infestation at my house and a drywood termite infestation at my parents house shortly after we each bought our homes. It's been a few years now and we've not had a single problem since at either house.
