With our family spending more time at home than ever before, we decided it was time to finally pull the trigger on some upgrades / improvements that we have been wanting to make for quite some time. `nnThe most pressing is that we have hated the flooring in our home since we purchased it -- the builder installed dark laminate that was impossible to keep clean & just low quality overall. We had our hearts set on tile -- since we have small children and animals.nnBeing the personality type that I am I scoured reviews, had a few people come by for quotes, and did a lot of research. After Tony stopped by to give us insight into the job, his approach, and answer any questions we had we decided to pull the trigger.nnTony was immensely responsive -- any questions were answered quickly and he was always happy to give his honest opinion, which we greatly appreciated. Every step of the way he explained what they had done, what they were doing, what the plan for next steps was, and asked if we had questions or concerns. I never once felt out of the loop -- and communication is very important to me. To rip out the laminate and install tile it took about two weeks -- but it was done in a way that allowed us to still use our home which we appreciated.nnIf you want quality work (we LOVE our new floors) and like working with someone who is communicative, professional, and who cares about his customers you definitely need to give Tony a chance. We have him earmarked for some of our future projects already.nnThank you, again, for the amazing work and turning our flooring dreams into reality!

I wish we had gone with this company to do our shower tile remodel in a second bathroom. Tony was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and prices were very competitive. He was actually our first choice for the work and its a long story why we went with another company our insurance was working with. After a botch job and consultation with Tony he told us exactly what needed to be done, which was it all had to come out and start again. The original company would not use him because he wasn’t contracted with them. We were under warranty and needed to use their people. A blessing is that we hired Tony to install a high end, heavy frameless, tub/ shower door. He came out on a Saturday in triple digit weather and did an impeccable job! I am so sorry we did not use him for the entire project. If I need tile or flooring in the future he is my number one choice without a doubt. I have also referred him to my daughter for a future project as Paragon covers a wide territory. If you want a true expert, settling for nothing but pure quality. CALL PARAGON!

We had our kitchen tile installed by Tony and his crew and we couldn’t be happier. They were extremely professional and did an excellent job. Tony took the time to discuss our project and made great suggestions to help us decide what would look best. We also liked working with a family-run business. Outstanding quality and service. Would definitely use Paragon again and highly recommend to anyone looking for tile work.

Tony was fantastic. Gave us exactly what we wanted - installed new tile, tile pan, and fixtures in a large shower space. Ordered the tile that we wanted and came out quickly and punctually and finished the job without having it drag on. He cleaned up after each day. He was great and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Much better than getting the kit we were going to do ourselves!
