What a great place, nice and helpful people. George helped me pick some roses for my wife for my 27th anniversary. He didn't rush me and he had so many options and at the best prices. I buy flowers two to three times a year and he will be my new go to guy for here on out. You have to go and see his beautiful color roses.

BE CAREFUL!! YOU don't Get What you pay for ! I pay for something That I did not receive. They send a Very different plant Of what I pay for I am so mad they didn't fix my problem.

My son was laid to rest we got a spray from this company (who called us for more Money after paying on line) the arrangement was bare! It barely looked like what we ordered! So disappointed. There is no make up for this. My son is gone and the flowers made by this store were an insult. Truly disgusted.

I have gone to this florist shop for a few years now; never have been disappointed with the service or products. Today is Valentine's Day and I had ordered a dozen long stem red roses for my wife to be delivered today before 10:00 am. On the date of placing the order, 2-8-20, I asked the sales girl if the flowers could be definitely delivered before 10:00 am. I informed her I had reservations on that day to celebrate this special day with my wife. She assured me that the flowers would be delivered before 10:00 am. It is now 12:30 pm, still waiting for my wife's flowers, and nobody answers the phone at the store. I did have a girl answer the phone once, tell me that the flowers were on the truck, and I would receive them when he my house was scheduled on his route. Before I could have a word to say, she said she was sorry but there was nothing else she could do and disconnected the call. All return calls were met with an answering machine that was full and couldn't leave messages. I have cancelled my previous plans for my wife as I am still waiting for the flowers. I have so much more negative words to write, but will simply say you don't promise your customer something and not deliver, especially on days like today. This will be the very last time I EVER do business with this florist, and will make it my mission and that everyone I recommended this place knows of the way we were treated and urge them never to use their business again.

Terrible, terrible experience. I ordered a $58 bouquet on Wednesday and went to pick it up today. They said someone already came and picked it up... what??? I showed him my invoice and what I ordered twice before he finally went back in and (from what I assume) made the new bouquet. It took 50 minutes, all while I was sitting outside in the heat. When it came out... half the size I expected. It is pretty, granted, but the photos online are incredibly misleading. The note I wanted added and specified online was not anywhere to be found either... he offered no apology for anything... what a waste of time and money. Just go to Safeway or Costco, you’re much, much better off. I would never recommend this place. Overpriced, underwhelming, terrible customer service.
