We never even got to take our trip but still paid around $70k. Because of Covid, the trip was cancelled, but bushtracks/airtrecks still held on to our deposit and almost half the money we paid for airfare. Maybe the trip would have been fun, but if for some reason you have to cancel or reschedule, they will keep your money.nI cannot recommend using this company.
Available 24 hours .... ??????? i tried to call, 6pm pst. for 45 minutes.nNo answer. AND, i was about to give them my money. I do NOT think so.
Bushtracks was divine! They though of everything, and took amazing care of our family! I can not imagine ever using anyone else!
Absolutely aweful ownership (it’s a couple) Incredibly unprofessional, and childish. Ask any of their employees how they are treated!
