We're returning customers. Our solid maple floors and wool carpets are spectacular. They know the flooring business. This made selecting products easy. Pricing for the flooring we selected was competitive and fair. The installation team were pro's. Now, we're back looking a tiles for a bathroom remodeling. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
This flooring company does outstanding work! The guys who installed the carpets were very professional and actually showed up a little early! All the corners were done perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the end results! Everyone in there office was very easy to work with and gave a warm feeling when you entered. Highly recommend using this company if you're in need of flooring! Awesome job guy!
I am actually not writing this review as a customer but as a former employee of Healdsburg Floor Coverings. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work this past summer for the company. When I look back at my summer, a few things come to mind that I believe embody Healdsburg Floor Coverings: attention to detail, customer service, and family. Tim, Travis, and George were meticulous in the quality of work performed and would focus on even the smallest of details. This, in turn, lead to a high degree of customer service. They showed me that they will do everything in their power to ensure that the customer ends up satisfied. One of the most important things I took away from Healdsburg Floor Coverings is family. George, Kerrie, Tim, and Travis care immensely about their business and this translates into the highest level of quality and customer service. The four of them also show a great deal of support for the community of Healdsburg through their involvement with various organizations. I know this is not a typical review for a business but I urge every person that is looking for a floor to visit the folks at Healdsburg Floor Covering.
Great selection and good staff
I started getting a quote from home depot. It was an absolute nightmare so I decided to go with a local business. I heard great reviews with HFC and could not have been more pleased with their service. I worked with Travis and he made the process from beginning to end so simple. Their service, workmanship, and quality deserves nothing less than 5 stars!
