I give this place 1 star. For the amount of space rent people pay, you'd expect more amenities. After asking around, there are tons of problems in the park. Pet odors, loud music, and unkempt trailers ruin this park for the few decent folks living here.
Park is kinda going downhill after the huge affordable housing apartment complex was built right in front of it. Too much traffic thru here now, which used to be more controlled in this trailer park.
It's just a no!
There's no parking anywhere! You aren't supposed to park on side of street but the parking in the back lots is always full, and there's always cars on the side of the street because there isn't enough parking.
