I ordered flooring and it came in very quickly. Let me know right away. They were very helpful in getting it to my house delivering it and even giving us remnants and samples. I highly recommend them.
The staff here is knowledgeable, polite, and went above and beyond for us. We were purchasing a low cost remnant, yet we received million dollar service. We could not find the suggested trowel for the Lino install, so Roger went to their shop to get one, and let us borrow it!nThe showroom is beautiful, and welcoming. Highly recommend skipping the big box store, and shopping here.
Very BAD floor refinishing didn't use filler. Almost every board has cracks around it. Was not evenly sanded. These are not Shadow's the floor is many different shades. Missing trim baseboard on upside down and backwoods
Sarah, Scott, and Rob in the office and the crews on the job did a stellar job with us on a recent carpet and wood floor installation! They took their time with us as we decided what we needed, were very responsive to our questions as the work was planned and afterwards, and the quality of the materials and workmanship was outstanding!
