We were really impressed from beginning to end. Our water heater broke on Memorial Day. We called Small Jobs Plumbing Tuesday morning and they gave us a 2pm to 4pm window. Around 3:00 we received a text stating our tech was on his way with a picture of who we were expecting. It was awesome when he pulled up and we could welcome him by name.nnThe job was a little more complicated than expected. They had one part but needed to special order another. Communication was great. They said 4 days and they'd be back. So far they had come through so we thought okay, 4 days, we can make it work.nnThe next morning we received a call that they had sourced the part locally and they could be here later that afternoon. We had hot water by 4:00pm that day. The total for labor and parts was under $400. Completely worth it. Thank you Small Jobs Plumbing!
