THE most thorough exam and this was for a job. My own MD doesn't do half of what this MD did. Totally impressed.

Front desk staff is not friendly. Didnt want to make a copy for me when i forgot the form. If my boss wasnt there, they would of not allow me for physical. They front staff doesnt seem like they want the business. When they opened at first, instead of good morning and e, she said “our system is down” and she closed the door. We were all waiting outside for good 10 minutes, and only after good 10 minutes another girl came to let us know we can enter. The front desk girl looks very unhappy and perhaps a manager needs to have a talk to her about customer service and friendliness. It doesnt hurt to be polite.nDoctor was very nice and professional. If I didn't have to go there, i would probably not. Anyways, please inservice your staff on friendliness and provide training regarding positive attitude and manners.

Very slow service. I've been in the room for 40 mins and nobody even bothered to check on me.

It was great experience, was in and out pretty quick even though there was a lot of others in front of me. Nurse was really nice.
