Even though it's smaller then 24 fitness gym. But I feel home and more comfortable over there less people and newer equipment, cleaner and alot cheaper I got I whole year contract for only $199 so win win for me. I do recommend going and trying it out.

This is a fabulous affordable gym with great trainers and fabulous staff you can have your cake and eat it too because this gym will help you and it won't cost a fortune I highly recommend it been going for years have a great kids club for your children very family-oriented has a jacuzzi and pool the owners and staff are one of the times probably one of the best in the city I advise everyone to join this gym that can.. you will be taken care of if you go to this gym

I just went to Energy Health in Cotati, with my friend who is a member.nThis was my first time stepping foot in this gym, and as I looked around, I was excited to try it out.nnHowever, the girl at the front desk, Samantha charged my friend’s credit card twice, because she was trying to pay for her membership, she obviously didn’t know how to correct the situation, because she looked blankly at my friend as she was voicing her concern.nnMy friend excused herself to call her bank about the dual charge transaction outside, so I stepped up to request a free day pass to try the gym out. Samantha then tells me it is going to be $15.00, for less than 2 remaining hours of gym time.nI asked her if there was no trial pass, and she just told me, $15.00.nI was extremely disappointed by her poor service and told her never mind.nI went on the website, as I was leaving, only to find a 5 day free pass.nIf the service provided is as poor as what Samantha delivered, I would highly recommend literally belonging to any other gym !nWhat a bad experience For a frequent gym enthusiast.

My husband talked to the owner and several of the staff about cleaning the air vents they are all clogged with dirt, lint, hair and dust that no air can circulate. It's nasty to see what we are breathing in plus it's hot and they won't open doors or turn on air conditioning. I wish I didn't get the year membership it's uncomfortable when you have no way to cool down when working out hard. Hoping they could be a little more mindful about the importance of working ventilation and sanitary standards businesses are supposed to keep up on.

Most of my reviews are jokes, but I really like this place. Been coming here for over a year. I mean, yeah, there could be some improvements on cleanliness and one of the front desk workers is kinda rude. But overall I love the atmosphere. Not overcrowded. It's relaxed. Cool crowd of people.
