I was having major hip problems, with my left hip aching when I walked at all, when I got up out of a chair and when I went up and down steps. After 10 sessions w/ Tina and Shelly, my symptoms are gone and I can walk for a mike or more with absolutely no ache or pain! They really know their stuff and are great at communicating about exactly what is going on and how they are trying to solve it!

Reading through some of the poor reviews, I felt a need to share my statement because people should not be treated like this. I won't give all the details of the dysfunction I had to contend with here, but I would advise to send complaints to the Better Business Bureau of WA state. Their billing services, PT services, and the proprietor's attitude are dysfunctional, substandard, chauvinistic, and sinister. They really should be reported! I did end up going somewhere else to finish my PT and discovered how substandard their PT therapies really are.

I unfortunately had very poor experience at Stanwood Camano Physical Therapy.nnI'm not really sure whether Joe is a good physical therapist, he may be, but make sure you put Joe first in your life if you want to work with him.nnNeeding to adjust your appointments around your work schedule did not work out for me. I only saw Joe once.nnDue to the character limit here I can't give all of the details, but if you want to see the whole story from my perspective I was able to leave a full account of my experience on Yelp.nnThe short story is I showed up for PT today and the receptionist told me at their desk that Joe had cancelled all of my appointments. I was upset by this and began crying.nnJoe later showed me a print out where their system showed a no-show appointment and I explained that must have been due to the 'waiting list' appointment which never called me.nnJoe told me the best thing for me to do today would be to go home. He said he would be happy to continue working together but that he didn't want to discuss what happened in the past.nnI asked if he wanted to hear any feedback regarding the scheduling policies which landed us here and he said 'I think I've heard enough from you today'.nnI feel humiliated and certainly not cared for. I do not feel as though Joe cared very much about my well being or how his decisions impact my life and my road to recovery.nnI do want to add that one staff member (Jana) was very kind to me when I was sobbing in the waiting room. The way you treat people matters, thanks Jana for your kindness today, it was very much appreciated.

They work you hard but it's a great place. Pushing you just enough to think you can't go on...but then you do. Im very happy with the continued results I see after my surgery
