Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.. I’ll continue to shop here over the ( only ) other 2 ( bargain market, Haggen) stores in town. Large selection as well!!!

This has been our go-to pharmacy for more that 12 years. The staff is always helpful and courteous and they really look out for us. We feel well-cared for here!

Terrible customer service. It took them over two weeks and multiple calls for them to fill a standard prescription I have had for some time. They blamed it on new insurance laws but given that they knew what the requirements were it amazes me how unorganized and unprofessional they were about this. They were rude, never apologized, took zeroe reaponsibility for following up with the physician, me and the insurance company and when they finally committed to having it filled by 5 pm today, they still don't have it filled and it's 630 pm. Do yourself a favor and don't bother coming here. I have been coming here for years and they have lost my business due to their terrible handling of this. I am making arrangements to have my prescriptions filled at Bartells from now on.
