Love love love! Excellent place . We drive from Mount Vernon to go here. Bring our 2 German Shepherds and they do great. Generally affordable ( as affordable as any vet) professional, and very nice staff there

All about the money. Took my dogs there for shots and wanted them to look at one of their hips. After 1k in bills on my first visit and $50 deposits each in case we could not make it. I’m still waiting for them to call me back and go over the results of the X-rays. I have called multiple times asking for an explanation. They tried to rush my pet into surgery for 8k who is 4 years old. I told them I want to know what the X-ray radiologist recommended first and alternatives. After not wanting to rush into surgery I have been on the back burner. I sat in my vehicle and seen the amount of business they had going in and out as everyone waited in their vehicle. They want $50 up front per animal just in case you can’t make it. In my experience the girls who work the administrative and help the veterinarians out are very nice and understanding, but the veterinarians are most concerned with the money and taking advantage of the people who love their pets. They are still calling and texting me for the next round of shots but they can’t return a phone call after $800 in X-raysnnI recommend Pilchuck veterinarian hospital. Professional and offer alternatives.

I never feel rushed & even with the pandemic, they are making adjusts so you still feel included even when your not in the room with the vet. Great staff, you get a primary vet (& vet tech) & the other vets there help cover for each other when yours isn't available. It's nice to see the same people for your pet's care & not feel like you are being passed off to a different person every time you go.

Are they a bit more expensive than others in the area? Yes, but the customer service, care, and communication has been above and beyond my other veterinary office experiences. Truly feel like my fur baby matters to them.
