Exceptional service from Casey and all of the crew! We were so impressed by the efficiency, quality, and timely manner in which our new floors were put down. Everything is beyond amazing! To start with looking for a good company that will stand by there work is almost next to impossible these days. This is not the case with West Coast Flooring. Jesus & Casey are above and beyond anything I expected. They were professional and to the point and great with suggestions. They knew their craft inside and out. They did our entire house, moved furniture and put things back the way they found them. The hardwood floors they put in our house looks fantastic. I could not be happier. Just wanted to give a sincere shout out to West Coast Floor Co. They did a terrific job restoring my hardwood floors. There was a giant 5' x 8' cut out patch from the previous homeowner, and they did a seamless repair weaving the new slats in, you would never know that ugly patch was there! I was recommended to this company by a friend, I was only looking to have carpet installed in the bedrooms and possibly have laminate laid in the hallway, which I assumed was the cheapest route to go, I am in the process of selling the home so I am definitely on a budget as this is one of the last projects before it's ready to go on the market, Casey met me at the property he was so helpful and friendly after talking with him further and walking through the house he suggested that we just refinish the existing hardwood (mind you the floors looked like a paint bomb went off and there were many boards that needed replacing in two of the rooms, I figured I was covering them so I wasn't careful with ripping out the carpet or the paint), immediately I thought that's way out of my price range he said let me just run the numbers for you, I had already gotten quotes from 2 other companies for what I thought I wanted and refinishing, and both of them were extremely high to refinish only the hall and bedrooms which is why I assumed the carpet and laminate would be my best bet for my budget, BUT NO THAT WAS NO THE CASE! When he gave me the quote I was shocked not only was it less than what the other two companies quoted me for laminate and carpet for hall and bedrooms only it included the living room being refinished and the existing carpet in there hauled away!!!nnThe guys who did the floors were professional, they were quick, reliable, and Casey kept me updated throughout the process even working with my crazy schedule to meet up and review the progress they made.nnI will definitely work with West Coast Flooring Co. again and again and I recommend them to anyone over any other flooring company out there!!nnThank you, Casey, your professionalism is top-notch!
