When you are running a business its a really good idea to answer a customers phone call professionally not just say hello. I like to buy local but after the call I placed here and the price I got for a 9.95 part online I wont be buying anything from them. Literally they wanted 49 bucks for the same 10 dollar part and thats just not reasonable to me.
There should truly be a zero stars option.nDO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS. Google shows him as temporarily closed, but he is selling through this business name through OfferUp.nnHe sold us a refrigerator through Offer Up that ended up being broken and we lost hundreds in food going bad (they show this company as having excellent reviews. Ridiculous. Now I have to open a small claims suit against him. I reported him to the BBB. Thankfully, I have all of our conversations in writing through the Offer Up app. He first promised to fix the fridge (he claims to give you a warranty when you buy an appliance, but it’s clearly bs), then he promised to replace it, then to refund us. Then he just ignored us.
Seriously never buy from this place. We bought three appliances from here, havent even had them for 6 months and had to replace all 3 already. Washer broke within the first month. Dryer overheats. And now the freezer part of our fridge no longer works.nThank you for being a waste of space, time, and cash. ud83dudc4e
I've dealt with Arturo's on multiple occasions and button multiple things for different families washer's and dryers and parts for ovens and they are great
I shattered the glass door to my oven. Went to Arturo for a used electric stove. The first one he brought the glass top burners only worked on high, no other setting, and the oven didn't heat right. So he brought me another one...what do you know, the same exact thing! Although this one is a double oven, which would be great if it had 2 racks in the large oven and if the smaller oven worked right. I'm very unhappy and he is very hard to get ahold of.nI wanted him to take the ovens back and for the price I paid just replace the glass oven door on my original oven, which he said he would do but unfortunately didn't follow through with.
