My refrigerator/freezer stopped working, so I called Walter at Thermador Group to come to take a look since he was highly recommended on Google. When he arrived, Walter was very courteous and professional. He checked the refrigerator and determined what was wrong and proceeded to replace one of the electronics. With the unit working, he packed up and left. Unfortunately, the refrigerator stopped working that night. I contacted Walter and he immediately ordered a new part and installed it as soon as it arrived. He then discovered that a switch was only connecting intermittently (the issue did not present itself during his initial evaluation) so he replaced that and everything started to work perfectly. Walter's diligence in checking the entire refrigerator to diagnose the problem really impressed me. He did everything in his power to get my refrigerator fixed. I would use him again and highly recommend him to others. Very fair pricing and quick responses to phone messages and texts. Great job Walter, thank you!!!

James was a true professional and provided excellent service. Truly, I can't recommend him enough. He answered the phone that evening, came the next morning, assessed the problem with my oven, ordered the part that needed replacement, and came back the next morning to put it in and take away the broken one. He was fast, reliable, courteous, and his prices were fair. It felt great to support a local sole proprietor trying to make it on his own after years of working for larger outfits. Thermador Group is a gem.

We have been using Ernest of Thermador Group for somewhere between 10 and 15 years. We have had him do repairs on an oven, a cooktop, a dishwasher, and several freezers. He is a fantastic diagnostician, generally knows what the solution is within a few minutes, and is always right. The repairs are done quickly and are done right the first time. The staff who take your calls are courteous and prompt. I recommend this company to everyone I know, and would never use anyone else.

Thermador Group fixed our Bosch dishwasher, whose main control board failed. He was courteous, professional, and prompt. Great service at a reasonable rate. Would absolutely call Miller again and recommend him highly.

Just had our stove repaired as the pilot lite went out. Edward at Thermador Group provided stellar service in not only his expertise but customer service. He walked me through the situation, how he intended to repair it, and how to maintain the stove in the future. I would say Edward went beyond the standard service and provided stellar customer service and support much worth the affordable cost.
