I made a mistake on my online fabric order. I called the store and they were able to correct it and my order was ready to be picked up same day. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Super happy with the customer service at Joann's!
It's a typical joann's. Good fabrics,everything you need in one place. The Ladies in Vacaville are very friendly and willing to share advice .
Joann's Fabrics has all the supplies you could ever need for sewing, upholstering, beading, arts, crafts, flower arranging, crocheting, knitting and then some. It is a great place to shop for whatever you might want or need.
Vacaville, Ca Employees at JoAnn is very rude and disrespectful. They do not acknowledge their customers as you walk in. I had to say excuse mye four times before someone came over to attempt to help. They are unaware of the craft items they have in the store. I went in there looking for tshirt craft supplies and they don't even know the history behind the craft supplies to show you or tell you where it's located in the store. I don't understand how you work in a place with no knowledge. I will never go back and spend my money with them. Everybody in there that worked on 9/12/20 needs to be fired!!!
