My doctor called in a prescription that had to be ordered in advance. When I went to pick it up, I was told no prescription had been called in. I asked if they would be able to have it by the next day, and the pharmacist snottily told me that I would have to have my doctor call in a prescription if I wanted the product. Apparently I had an "I am dumb" sign on my head. Rude and incompetent are the words I would use to describe this pharmacy.
Delbert is an absolutely terrible Pharmacist, he was extremely rude and judgmental. He lets his personal views get in the way of helping people. Will never use this pharmacy again. Would rate 0 stars if it were an option.
Worst customer service I have ever received from a pharmacist. I will never go there again.
