They did not tell me I needed exact change at the office. I had a $20 dollar bill and the bus left me because the driver kept saying it's $2.75 it's $2.75 I had the $20.00 in her face and they had no change. They should have at least a bit of change.nIt's my first time going to El Cerrito and I did not know that you needed exact change. Poor service.

Clean transit center with faulty wifi however. The busses seem to arrive on schedule.

Arrived at FTC at 0633 trying to catch the 0635 to PH Bart, two buses labeled as Blue Line were already parked at B Sac and B PH Bart. Asked the drivers if they were going to PH Bart, the driver parked at B PH Bart stop stated she was going to Davis and doesn’t know where the bus in front of her was going; so I asked the driver parked at B Sac, he stated he was going to Sacramento; I watched as a third Blue Line bus rolled through FTC WITHOUT STOPPING hoping that was not my bus as there was not an opportunity to ask the driver which direction they were going but then another Blue Line bus (fourth one at this point within a 5 min span) and the driver stops short of the B PH Bart stop but points forward, not understanding I asked the driver and he also stated he is not going to PH Bart, I confirmed and he was north bound. I see not much has changed at this transit station and am soon realizing it is not a reliable junction.nnMy recommendation to FTC: I am not sure what can be done, seems like the drivers do whatever they feel like doing. It’s sad that riders have to ask the drivers which direction they are going every time boarding the bus to confirm whether or not they are going in the right direction for which they are parked at (ie: B PH Bart pick up stop). I would recommend the drivers communicate with each other, especially when they are parked in a spot designated as a specific route. A courtesy could be that the arriving bus that doesn’t have a pick up stop, could ask the driver that is parked at the wrong spot if there is any riders wishing to go in their direction (can be easily resolved by pulling up next to the bus, one can open door, the other can open the window and each can talk to each other).nnMost other times where I am actually able to board the bus going in the direction I am destined for, the drivers are good about making their scheduled times.

It's a nice facility, buses are usually within 10 min or so of their schedule.

Great service, buses are on-time and clean.
