Blue Pacific Park is a resident owned mobile/manufactured home all-ages park. We are within walking distance of Seacliff State Beach. Our climate and air quality are enviable. We have a diversity of Member/Residents, as reflected in our mix of old and new homes.nOur Home Owners Association is active and works well with our professional management team.nIf you are looking for reasonably priced homes in a great location, come and visit. There are often one or two units available for sale.
