I have been taking my pets to Dr. Good for years. She is excellent with my dog and cat . My Dog presented with epilepsy at about a year old. She never stops researching. I love her and her assistant Uma.
Unprofessional--I have a cat that can't travel at all due to severe anxiety (even with Xanax, she almost passes out on a 30 min drive). I've been waiting 3 weeks for my appointment tomorrow. I called to confirm this morning, and Dr Good cancelled on me. Even though she was aware of exactly where I lived because I told them when I made the appointment, I was told she wouldn't travel more than an hour for a house call. It takes 50-60 minutes from Santa Cruz to get to my house...Would've been great if they could've told me this earlier. Now I have to start all over finding a mobile vet and waiting for an appointment for my elderly, diabetic cat
