Cute, clean home with tons of amenities! 2 stars because we had to leave early due to frequent growing/smoking of marijuana by neighbor. Suffered frequent headaches and were unable to open the house up to cool it off at night.

In response to Seth's review, we learned our neighbor was growing plants on the fence line, and has a permit to do so. We talked with our neighbor, and she moved the plants to the other side of the property. We are extremely sorry to have learned this happened. As noted by my wife below, LInda Lanzl Hoagland, we are extremely attentive to our vacation rental and do all we can to have our guests have exceptional holiday stays, as evidenced by a five-star exceptional rating on vrbo with over 180 reviews to date. Our beautiful beach home presently is the most reviewed vacation rental in Santa Cruz.
