Beachnest vacation rentals was awesome to work with. Everyone there from Liz to John to Julie were very professional and easy to work with. They were able to find me a place to stay for a few months on short notice and after I moved in they were very helpful and responsive to any needs I had. I highly recommend Beachnest for all your property needs

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Buena Vista Retreat house and absolutely loved it! The backyard is secluded and quiet, with a beautiful terraced garden surrounded by redwoods – nice place to lounge in the hot tub! Liz at Beachnest has been tremendously helpful in setting it up for us. She has been responsive and diligent – a total hassle free and pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend!

My family and I have booked via Beachnest on multiple occasions and have always enjoyed our stay and accommodations. Each time we've stayed the rentals were prepared and ready for our arrival. After having spoken with both the owners on a couple of occasions it was clear their highest priority was the enjoyment of our stay in their property. They even delivered a bottle of wine on one trip. Can't beat Beachnest!

We have rented from Beachnest on 3 separate occasions, and each time they have greatly exceeded our expectations.The house is always super pristine when we arrive - it's obvious they take great care of their properties. They make it easy to book, and we continue to look forward to the next time we can come stay in Santa Cruz!

Liars who literally stole our $1000 deposit. We left their rental in absolutely perfect condition. It was a nice unit. We left it literally exactly as we found it. They then decided to steal our family's deposit based on zero issues or damage.nnDo not rent from these completely dishonest people.nnWe would sue (and still might) but that is time consuming and painful. Protect yourself. Do not rent from these people.
