I came here for 2 chronic dislocating shoulders in 2016 and had 3 stints of treatment over the following 2 years. The treatment I received was beyond sub-par and the experience overall was very strange and off-putting.nnThis is not(or was not) a fully equipped Physical Therapy clinic when compared to other offices. This is some odd hybrid fitness/therapy they are selling. They do not have traditional PT machines and a large part of their focus seemed to be on their group fitness sessions, and not on their individual therapy sessions.nnI spent several months here doing ineffective exercises for my shoulders, which had nearly ruined my life. I couldn’t work, sleep, and I was in constant pain. I could not do the exercises without extreme pain and discomfort. After months of explaining I was not feeling relief, I did some searching and found all the symptoms of “frozen shoulder” applied. They did not agree and told me “not to become a Web.MD doctor”. After leaving this clinic it was discovered by a legitimate PT that I did indeed have...frozen shoulder. And this is what was keeping my exercises from being effective. Promptly fixed it, and I now have my arms and my life back :)nnOn top of their ineptitude, they were also extremely overly personal and unprofessional . The lead PT would work with me for maybe 30 minutes(sometimes only 20) and then leave me with an “aide”. These “aides” aka “paid intern”, were sometimes friendly and educated future PT’s. And other times they would be these completely insecure goofballs who would start on with these under-handed insults. I remember specifically watching an aide named Wes assumingely try to show off. He gave me this “cool guy” look before walking up to a woman doing exercises alone and putting a hand on her leg completely out of the blue. She promptly told him to **** off and I almost died of laughter. On another occasion I watched their aide “Juan” try schmoozing what seemed to have been a highschool girl and telling her he’s one of the “physical therapist”. Her mother was staring at him like a hawk. It was very concerning and uncomfortable to watch.nnAt one point my PT was receiving help from the owner, Josh(?). She told him that I played guitar and I was looking to improve my internal rotation. I kid you not, this man looks at both of us with a big grin and murmurs “no one cares about guitar”.nnSo my take away was that if you don’t play for a B league basketball team like the one they use to sell themselves, they do not care about you, your health, or your life.nnThey had even told me about a lady that left a bunch of bad reviews, and they carded it off as her being a little crazy. Well, now I see.nnI decided not to write a review when I left here, but if it saves you my trouble, then it’s worth sharing.nnIf you’ve got a little nagging injury and PTT is around the corner, I’d say go for it. But if you have an actual injury and need real physical therapy from medical professionals, I would look elsewhere.nn(My specific PT’s Ashley and Michelle were good and encouraging, despite it all.)

This office is a great place for PT. But their scheduling is a nightmare. Always canceling and changing your appointments. Scheduling you for 3 weeks out and then trying to get you in at the last minute. They made multiple mistakes scheduling with me and now are charging me for a missed appointment. $100. I stopped my therapy early because of the front desk. It’s a shame because the facility is nice and the therapists are knowledgeable. I feel sorry for them working there. Don’t waste your time here find a place that isn’t so concerned about scheduling and more concerned about your health

I've tried this place twice. In 2016 the PT was so ineffective I never went back. Today I saw a woman who called me combative because I tried to explain about what treatments I'd already done and what hadn't worked. She then told me to do the exact exercises I've been doing and was very upset when I said I'd already been doing them. She didn't offer any new suggestions and said they never treat on the first visit, only evaluate and give exercises. That means I wasted 3hours of my time and my copay

This has been the most comprehensive, clear and helpful physical therapy experience I have ever had! I come for pelvic floor therapy with Amelia. She is extremely knowledgeable in the area and so kind. I truly feel that she cares about my well being and is working hard to help find a solution to my problem. I highly recommend this clinic and Amelia!

They double booked my sister with someone else and are refusing to admit this. I have cell phone records when she called me to complain that she was not being seen. The manager just called me and said she was being seen - during the time my sister was calling me. Not possible. I have the proof.
