Very dismissive sales associate. Went to order from samples they provided and then was explained a flat fee of $80.00 for freight for one box. Told the associate that I was shocked that no one mentioned this at the time I selected the tile. She said 'that's the way it isn't. Made no attempt to adjust, ship alternatives, nothing.nI will never go back.
