Generally long lines as they only ever have two windows open.nnThen as you're standing in line the manager will get up from their desk (where they've been watching you since they have nothing to do) and will walk the line asking why you're there and if they can help you. I'm not sure what if any task they are able to perform as in the years I've been going here I've never seen someone pulled out of the line and helped. Then satisfied at a job well done the manager will return to her desk and continue watching the line or feign a phone call to divert the lines gaze.
