I've been banking here since my first checking account and unfortunately the last few years have seen a big decline in customer service, wait time, and basically just unhelpful and untrained staff. It used to be fast and friendly, I became acquainted with the staff as a community, but now they are so understaffed and rude that I go elsewhere if at all possible. Now they're closed and the only open branch is the tiny Aptos branch? I've always had great experiences at that branch but how can it handle all of Santa Cruz county? Looks like time to take my business to another bank.
Atm is always having issues. Usually no withdrawals are issued due to of cash.
This branch is always closed, as well as the one in Aptos. There are no posted hours or a reasonable time to actually be able to access my accounts and I’m getting really frustrated. Horrible bank to deal with.
They are always closed when they say their open, theyll be open tuesday, closed wensday and thursday, then open Friday ans visa versa the next week and it just keeps changing
