Love Tracy. Slow decline in service though. Have had to finally change pharmacies since monthly issues with my refills. Certain pharmacists are difficult to work with.
Since the days of Roy the Pharmacist the care and expertise of the staff at Haggen's in Lake Stevens is the best I have ever encountered. They may have a new Pharmacist from time to time but, even if they don't know me they make the effort to understand what I need. They understand insurance's and co-pays and even coupons I get from my doctor from time to time.They are compassionate and kind. I miss Roy but I love the women who have carried on after him and they give me the same level of care I expect from a small town pharmacy in a growing town.
Friendly staff, ussually no wait, but kinda slow service from time to time.
