I cannot say enough good things about MedVet! Our puppy had an emergency overnight at MedVet. The entire staff was responsive, professional, and supportive in diagnosing Bentley, explaining our options, and helping Bentley recover. They gave us regular updates and even fed him by hand to ensure he was doing OK. In addition to phenomenal medical service, MedVet promptly reimbursed us when Bentley was healthy enough to come home early, and proactively responded to our pet insurance company's requests without us having to ask. Thank you!!
I was able to bring my kitty in right away to be seen by a vet without much waiting. Also a actual person answering the phone when I call to see if I could bring my kitty in ! The fees was very reasonable. I will be going back again when the next kitty emergency comes up!
