Jeanette is one of the smartest most attentive physical therapists I've ever seen. She really listens, is empathetic, and does everything she can think of to help you heal. Even when you present her with something she doesn't know, she's open-minded and interested in learning more. For the hour that you're with her, you feel like you're the most important person in the world. And that's a wonderful feeling. Thanks, Jeanette, for being awesome!
We have seen other therapists (my daughters participate in dance and sports so we have had our share of injuries) but Jeanette is definitely the best. From the first appointment she is very thorough and diagnoses problem areas/source of pain before she recommends any exercises. She assigns homework exercises to do in-between appointments. Her follow-up appointments are efficient and are only needed to ensure that the problem areas are improving with the exercises she assigns. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Physical Therapist.
Jeanette is outstanding to work with. Her approach works for a number of reasons. First, she takes a wholistic view to treating injuries and is able to trace things down to root causes and treat them with amazing precision. This is true even when problems are complex or span multiple systems of the body. Jeanette also focuses on efficiency for the patient. She was able to at identify and communicate the highest-value things I could do to get back in action. Last but not least, she is genuine, welcoming, and fun to talk to.nnJeanette's thoughtful approach and expertise helped me recover quickly while investing the minimal amount of time and effort. Thank you Jeanette!
Jeanette is an absolute delight to work with. She not only brings systems thinking (organs, muscles, bone, fascia, and their relative motions both when healthy and with injuries) to heal but also personalizes it so deeply to you that it is like magic. You come in, the ailing, and walk out, the smiling.nnI came in with a lot of nagging old injuries and scar tissue (from cycling). Her approach to listening and analyzing as to how those injuries happened shed new light on how they are affecting me now. Being a cyclist herself, she really knows how to deal with these injuries. Then, with a clear, well-defined and co-created plan, she put together a personalized plan (with my work schedule, stress levels, travel etc.) that worked really well. Most importantly, her gentle but relentless motivational approach is what continues to work best for me. Furthermore, if you are curious she patiently describes all the systems in detail and pinpoints the details on what she is working on for each session.nnDescribing her as a PT, OCS, CFMT does not do her justice. It is her unique ability to effectively combine all three and deeply personalize it to her patients/clients that eludes any categorization. We feel lucky to have her here. Thank you, Jeanette!
Jeanette is a truly remarkable PT. Because I am applying to PT schools, I have had to observe PTs in their work and after 150 hrs of PT observation, I keep coming back to observe Jeanette work because she is the exemplar of the kind of PT I want to be when I finish school. She treats everybody kindly, she’s very perceptive when it comes to the origin of injuries, and she is very skilled in manual therapy. So much so that after watching her work, I went into see her as a patient to work on some of my own nagging issues on the bike. (I am a professional cyclist and I have seen plenty of PTs over my years in this sport.) Jeannette has an amazing set of advanced skills that the average PT doesn't possess coming out of school. She really is prepared to treat any acute or long standing chronic problem in a way your average PT is not. Even if you haven’t had success with physical therapy elsewhere, I would highly recommend physical therapy with Jeanette.
