I been going to this place for years, back when they were ECCO store, and some of workers there I knew from Santana Row in San Jose, I have always had great experience with them, they always went our of their way to find a pair of shoes for me, and God knows for some one who has wide feet it’s not easy to find a pair that feet’s right. Will be coming over again next month for a new pair or two.nI tried just about 10+stores and no luck with one pair, that won’t leave me in pain after 8-10 hours on my feet.nSometime I run in to is lack of attention at some other store, I never care about a price for shoes.nSimple rule: One thing you don’t cheap ur self on is a pair of shoes. Get one that is right, and guys in that store will find one for ya .

The service was excellent, the store is easy to locate and parking is available close by. Good selection of comfort shoes for women and men.

Want to mention first that George and Cynthia are what made the difference in my recent purchases. Besides being friendly they demonstrate professionalism which makes the decision process more satisfactory..It's why I returned to make another purchase. Highly recommend going here for great products you wont find at most similar stores. The Chad shoes I purchased here are the best shoes for comfort I have ever had. After weeks of researching on the web besides price and product type , I realized that this store is one of those few kind of specialized stores that I can confidently recommend to anyone like me seeking the best value for products that are above average and usually very pricey. Was able to get more than 70% off a well made specialized shoe that I likely would not have bought if I had not been offered the unexpected discount. Before I purchased the shoes I was shown a special computerized fitting device where you are accurately measured in other ways besides fit to determine the correct insole. It certainly is worth coming here for this device that accurately determines many variables in shoe fit..and it's free. Proper fitting and comfortable shoes are one of those important investments to health and this place makes it a priority.

Horrible service and store. Went in to buy some shoes which they are out of. Found what I thought to be the right shoe online. However when the shoe arrived it was not the color that it showed on the site. Told them I wanted to return it however they said it was sale item and I couldn't return it. I explained that I was returning because the product wasn't as advertised. All they said was SORRY. Never again. Stay way.
