The nurses, and staff are amazing! Everyone listens to your concerns with open ears. Certain staff members aren't my favorite, but as long as the patient is getting the best care possible. Im happy!! Will make sure my loved one always comes here! In order to prepare asap to go home. Thanks again to the nurses, and staff!

Do not send your loved ones to Almaden care unless you are there every single day the social workers do not communicate nor can you get ahold of them they're constantly in a meeting and when you lose a loved one there they do not call you back because they are no longer receiving money for them also when therein there care when someone ask to go to the hospital they do not send them in until the doctor says it's okay but the doctor does not respond immediately nor the same day and if they make it to the hospital which in my case they will try to sell the bed that your parent was in and then try not to take them back into the care so please find a better place or just be aware there's a list of things that I can't post because it would be pages love you parents or loved one because it might be the last time that you might see them it was for me

My sister was here. Staff here were helpful. Got to stay with her over night at times. Gave our family all the time we needed to spend with sister. A private room, when we needed. I just want to say thank you to all the staff for the time and care you gave my sister.

This location / company has comprehensive, quality healthcare; and, the entire staff, as a whole, is by far, the most competent, compassionate, and patient oriented team our family has ever come across. The facility meets its patients needs, is safe, and, is clean. There are on-going, awesome, and, diverse activities every day of the week. The “care” is superior! If a patient or family member has a need, a concern, or even a question, these hard working, professional, and, enthusiastic staff members, follow through to completion.nIf you are considering any facilty for you or a loved one, remember, when it comes to expecting certain demands from “any” facility, including this one, patients and family members need to “communicate” with the staff, so they can meet any and all of your expectations and needs. You are part of the team. Your voice is heard and welcomed.nIf you choose Almaden Health and Rehab Center, rest assured the patient is in the best of care possible. Anyone having the need to even consider a facility, already grasps the complexity and difficulty of such a decision, We highly reccommend Almaden Health and Rehab Center, not because of its chandeliers and gold trim, but because, as a whole, it is an exemplary facility!

This facility does not communicate with the family, they aids yell at the patients, and the bathrooms are disgusting. To get any type of help with water and ice is like puling teeth..
