This place is a scam. They didn’t let me check-in because of problem on their side letting me without a place at the last minute. They told me they would refund the money but didn’t do it.
My friends and I planned a trip to California months ago thinking that this pandemic would be over by now. As our trip got closer, and one of my friends had gotten exposed to covid-19 we realized it is not safe to travel at this time. This place will not allow us to cancel or to get any of our money back due to these unforeseen circumstances. When asked to talk with a supervisor, we were denied the right to do so. Very unsatisfied with their customer service!! We will definitely will not book with this company again.
