Zicasso was instrumental in connecting me with an expert to make my once in a lifetime trip a truly magical and worry free adventure. I'm giving four stars instead of five because only one expert contacted me in a timely fashion. Fortunately it was the right one! I love it when a plan comes together!

Zicasso helped to plan a wonderful 2 weeks in Chile. We had contacted others sources and the itinerary was great and the cost was less than others agents we had contacted. All the guides and drivers we met were on time, professional, knowledgeable and fun to be with. We had a similar experience with Zicasso when planning a trip to Croatia a few years back.

We have used Zicasso 3 times and each time we've been matched or match ourselves with great companies. This is a great concept and we've never been disappointed. We're seasoned travelers and won't hesitate to go through Zicasso again. I've referred friends and while Covid-19 has put a wrench in the works, they plan on going b g forward once things improve. Try Zicasso, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I have taken 2 trips planned by Zicasso associated tour companies. Both have exceeded our expectations. Most currently, we visited Chile and Argentina. The tour was thoughtfully organized to meet our needs and preferences. I am an architect with particular interests that are not on most tours.nBoth through organized visits and the knowledgeable guides and even the transfer drivers, I was able to see more than I expected. I found that the guides were not only professional and gracious, but charming as well. And the hotels lovely. And the restaurant recommendations fit our food preferences. Most importantly, we were scheduled to travel to Santiago but political turmoil threatened our safety. The tour company kept us updated and had alternate plans for us to chose from if the unrest continued. Ultimately we did visit Santiago, but just to assure we would be safe, the company changed our hotel to an alternative location. We felt well taken care of.

Zicasso was helpful to us again in locating a travel company that provided excellent service and was very responsive to our needs. Our 3 daypre-trip in Morocco, provided an excellent introduction to the country and to the cities of Casablanca and Rabat. We had wonderful help from our driver and tour guide in our attempts to reclaim our lost luggage. We were successful.
