Extremely unprofessional and horrible experience for physical therapy of my foot and ankle!!!! The front desk receptionist kept sending me back inspite of scheduling appointments with them. She needs to learn to communicate properly. They did not get the OPTUM form filled on time which was required for pre authorization and then sent me back twice because of that when it was provider's responsibility for not filling it out on time. They sent me back for 2 consecutive weeks saying that my insurance denied payments. I later got to know from my insurance that it was the provider's mistake and the patient is not responsible for that. One of the times they self checked me in and billed my insurance for that when I didn't show up (I had called to cancel my appointment but their phone number is not updated on google maps). I scheduled an appointment for the 3rd time. After all the chaos was resolved after having an hour's conference call with the clinic and insurance, but the front desk receptionist is so 'well trained' in her English that she again calls me to tell me that my appointment is cancelled for the following Monday until I fill out the pre-auth form again. The doctor had scheduled me for 4pm Monday and asked me to come an hour early to fill the form out but the receptionist tells me that I have to come to only fill out the form on Monday and not the appointment. She did this 3 times with me!!!! SO MUCH OF MISCOMMUNICATION AND CHANGE OF STATEMENTS..!!!! I lost my patience finally. Never ever going back again to them!!!!
