Caution! The VTA and Caltrain platforms are connected, but the Clipper Card system is not integrated. If you accidentally tag a card reader for VTA and you ride Caltrain (or vice versa), you can be issued a hefty fine.

It's a beautiful downtown. Lots of shopping options. Lots of restaurants with wide variety of foods. American, mangolian, mediteranian, Mexican, Chinese, Indian... Walking through the street especially during night is very beautiful. Very active crowded street. Pubs are there.

Great station and very good place to sit when you are alone. Get all train connectivity to SFO
